I had a fantastic stay with the hotel! The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the metro station and all the tourist places. The hotel even offered to pick me up from the airport, made my arrival very convenient. the room was spacious and clean, with a amazing view of the river. the hotel facilities and cleanliness were great. I also enjoyed a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast every morning.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, with literally everything within walking distance. We especially appreciated the proximity to Kabatas ferry station and the city center. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed with the room amenities including the comfortable sitting area, terrace, and dining table. The soundproofed rooms were an added bonus, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The spa & wellness center, sauna, and massage services were also a highlight of our stay.
We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting here.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with currency exchange and getting a local SIM card. The room we stayed in had a amazing view of the sea, and it was spacious and clean.
Sadly, the location of the hotel was not as convenient as we had hoped. The hotel is situated on top of a hill, and there were over a hundred steps to climb just to get to and from the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the popular tourist attractions. The tram station is just a short walk away, making it easy to visit the old part of the city center. The hotel is also close to the sea side, offering beautiful views. the hotel offers a pickup service from the airport, providing a hassle-free arrival for guests.
The breakfast could have more variety and options to cater to different tastes.

The friendly atmosphere and convenient location made it an ideal choice for families. With public transport just a 5-minute walk away and Taqsim square within a 7-minute walk, we had easy access to explore the city. We were really surprised by the helpfulness and efficiency of Mr Marwan and the entire staff.
